“Anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people
and processes and has the courage to develop that potential.”
Roxanne Erdahl CDTLF has been a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator since 2018. Based on the work and research of Dr. Brené Brown, she facilitates this work by offering it through workshops, trainings, lunch and learns, and coaching to bring the Dare to Lead courage-building process into your business or organization.
The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on building brave cultures and driving performance by:
Rumbling with Vulnerability:
Face risk, uncertainty, and tough conversations with courage, clarity, and empathy.
Living into our Values:
Identify what you stand for and how to show up from a place of integrity every day.
Build meaningful and authentic connections with your teams, colleagues, and customers so you can work together from a foundation of trust.
Learning to Rise:
Become aware of your emotions and stories and learn how to show up and lead with courage… even when faced with failure, disappointment, and setbacks.
During our time together participants will explore Dr. Brené Brown’s research, learn how to examine your own call to courage, learning how to show up, be seen and engage in the best and most successful version of YOU and your team. A courageous culture connects its values to specific behaviors, so people know what is expected, encouraged, and rewarded within their team and organization. In addition to setting clear expectations, the process gives leaders and organizations shared language and a well-defined culture.
We deliver this learning in the following ways:

Once you successfully complete a workshop with Roxanne and her team, you will be Dare to Lead Trained which means you can take your team through our Daring Teams Rollout Program (DTRP). The DTRP was developed specifically for Dare to Lead Trained individuals to share the work with their own teams within their own organizations, serving as the group coordinator and co-learner – not as a trainer or facilitator.
Roxanne can work with you to create the best way to bring this learning to your team and organization. If you are interested in finding out more about a training for you or your company,
“Leadership is not about titles or the corner office. It’s about the willingness to step-up, put yourself out there and lean into courage. The world is desperate for braver leaders. It’s time for all of us to step up.”
